In August 2021, 4Life Solutions partnered with
World Vision Tanzania to address high
diarrhoea rates in Kishapu District, where
untreated drinking water and lack of latrines
are major issues. Through the iWASHN
program, they aimed to support Lagana and
Mwakipoya APs by distributing SaWa Bags to
provide safe drinking water, essential for the
health of families and children.

Data from the Ministry of Health shows that
supported facilities SaWa 46.56% greater
reduction in diarrhoea cases compared to
non-supported facilities by June 2023,
following the SaWa Bag distribution that
began in early 2023. This highlights the
effectiveness of the intervention, including
the SaWa Bag, in improving public health
